Dr. Maksym Myndyk joined Fraunhofer IZM-ASSID in 2022 to become a research associate in the BEoL Metallization department. He came to the Institute from Semsysco GmbH, where he had worked as a process engineer between 2019 and 2022, focusing on electroplating, wet etching, and photoresist strip processes. Prior to that, he was a process engineer in the automotive sector at SDCmaterials GmbH from 2012 to 2018.
Dr. Maksym Myndyk began his academic career as a research assistant (postdoc) at the Technical University of Dresden, where he was responsible for the synthesis of nanomaterials in plasma from 2010 to 2012. He received his doctorate in inorganic chemistry in Braunschweig in 2010, having previously completed his master's degree in Microelectronics in Lviv (Ukraine) in 2004.
