Dr. Maksym Myndyk has been a research associate at Fraunhofer IZM-ASSID's »BEoL Metallization« department since 2022. Prior to that, he worked from 2019 to 2022 as a process engineer at Semsysco GmbH, where he focused on electroplating, wet etching, and photoresist stripping processes. Prior to that, he was employed at SDCmaterials GmbH from 2012 to 2018, working as a process engineer in the automotive sector.
Dr. Maksym Myndyk began his academic career as a postdoctoral researcher at TU Dresden, where he was responsible for synthesizing nanomaterials in plasma from 2010 to 2012. He earned his Ph.D. in inorganic chemistry in Brunswick in 2010, having previously completed his master’s degree in microelectronics in Lviv (Ukraine) in 2004.
