Mathilde Billaud has been with Fraunhofer IZM as a research fellow in the Institute’s “Environmental and reliability engineering” department from 2017 until 2023.
She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Montpellier (France), having specialized in chemistry and chemical engineering.
Between 2013 and 2017, she worked in the microelectronic research centre CEA-Leti and LTM-CNRS (Laboratoire des technologies de la microélectronique), before receiving her doctorate in 2017 for her thesis “Integration of III-V materials as high mobility channel for MOSFET transistor”.
