Karl-Friedrich Becker

Karl-Friedrich Becker studied materials science at the Technical University of Berlin, specializing in polymer physics. After completing his studies, he moved to Fraunhofer IZM in 1996, where he took over the reins in the Assembly & Encapsulation group of the System Integration and Interconnect Technologies department in 2001. His research into robust encapsulation and smart manufacturing and other aspects of advanced packaging has been featured at several international conferences.
